Designed, tested and prototyped multiple mobile and web-based projects with the Google Payments team. Projects included banking, credit and personal finance user experiences in the US, India, and other international markets.

Defined, designed and documented Desktop and Mobile interfaces for an Opioid Addiction Treatment Telehealth start up.
Supported numerous Patient, Patient Advocate and Health Care Provider experiences across the secure Care platform, Patient phone app (iOS and Android) and public website.
Explored and documented user journeys for multiple overlapping roles – from enrolling Providers (Prescribers and Therapists) through Patient sign up and ongoing care and therapy.

Group Director, Experience Design (XD)
Managed XD staff who are local or sourced from other VMLY&R offices across the country – guiding and reviewing their work across projects to ensure it meets user and business needs.
Developed User Journeys based on multiple discovery activities and data analysis to define their experience with the brand, and digital touchpoints.
Led client workshops for discovering, defining and reviewing Business requirements, Customer journeys and project designs.
Conducted Website and competitive audits to identify key issues that may cause high bounce-rates or customer drop off during business-critical flows – as well as to discover opportunities for improvements. Combined findings with web analytics to help make recommendations on how to simplify and streamline website experiences.
Defined and built sitemaps to model the (re)organization of site architecture, and to create an inventory of pages to be developed.
Developed, oversaw and presented Wireframes and prototypes, showing site experiences and key pages using mobile-first, component-driven approach – to define content and functionality needs. This approach was adapted based on need: whiteboard wireframes, or applications including Sketch and Adobe XD.
Led XD projects with Account and Delivery teams to ensure that deadlines were met and quality remained high for deliverables. Projects were planned and completed using waterfall, Agile or a combination of methodologies.
Business Development – included developing and presenting pitch work to acquire new business opportunities; reviewing and approving proposed XD schedules and budgets; and re-adjusting work in progress to facilitate ad hoc scheduling and budgeting challenges.
Collaborated across disciplines throughout the course of the projects – worked and consulted with Account, Delivery, Strategy, Creative Technology, Content, Creative, User Testing, Development, Analytics, SEO, CRM and QA teams – from project inception through launch and support processes.
Shared and explained processes internally – raising awareness of and evangelizing the XD/UX practice within the company, to help larger group understand the XD role in defining and executing client work.

Supported American Express Web and Mobile experience, with an emphasis on OPEN acquisition and loyalty site experiences. Key projects included:
Worked with a Scrum team to build out a secure site experience to integrate small business Card management with third party Business Applications to create an experience targeted to OPEN Cardmembers. Launched in beta.
Led creative team in developing a strategic redesign of the onboarding and landing experience for a co- sponsored social media reputation- management product, YourBuzz.
Led user experience and creative team to develop a proprietary Web/ Mobile payment option.Provided ongoing consultation for TIAA-CREF, for projects related to both their Institutional( B2B) and Plan Enrollee sites. Expertise gained from 2009-2011, while leading multiple Digitas ID teams on two separate projects to define competitive User Journey experiences.

Senior Project Manager/ Software Designer
Managed a team to coordinate the requirements, design, programming and testing phases for United Parcel Service( UPS) and other major clients. Team developed both" UPS DeskTop," a package shipping and tracking application for Windows 3.1/95, and" UPS TeleShip USA" for Screen Telephone. Also led localization of" UPS TeleShip Germany- termed by UPS upper management as the" most successful translation project ever done" for UPS.
Managed development of a customizable banking application and a mobile phone authentication system for the Philips Screen Phone (P100 – Philips Enhanced Telephone).
Developed content for three Websites and multiple sales presentations.
